Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DepthFlux website, Telegram channels and bot (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, subscribing to a plan, or joining any DepthFlux channel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01The service

DepthFlux provides smart-money market-intelligence signals - observations about notable market positioning and flow, delivered through our website, free channel and a paid VIP channel. The Service is market information and educational content only. It is not, and must not be treated as, financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may not use the Service where it is prohibited by the laws or regulations that apply to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

03No financial advice & assumption of risk

Trading cryptocurrencies, derivatives and other instruments carries a high risk of loss, up to and including your entire capital. Signals reflect our interpretation of market data and may be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional. You use any information from DepthFlux entirely at your own risk.

04No guarantee of results

We make no guarantee of profit, performance, accuracy, or any particular outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any statistics, win rates or track records shown are historical, may be presented for illustration, and do not promise future returns. Markets change and prior results may not repeat.

05Subscriptions, plans & billing

Plans. Access is offered on monthly, yearly, lifetime and private/elite plans as described on the site. Prices and promotional ("founding") rates are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases.
Payment. Payments are processed in cryptocurrency by our third-party processor, NOWPayments, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
Activation. After your payment is confirmed on-chain, we send a transactional email to the address provided at checkout. That email contains a private Telegram invitation for one member. The invitation expires after seven (7) days and must not be shared. Crypto confirmation and email delivery times may vary.
Customer details. You must provide an accurate name or alias and email address. No KYC is required. A Telegram username is optional. You are responsible for checking the email address before payment and for contacting support promptly if the access email does not arrive.
Renewals. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, crypto subscriptions do not auto-renew; you renew manually to keep access. We may remove access when a subscription period ends.
"Lifetime". A lifetime plan grants access for as long as DepthFlux continues to operate the Service; it does not create a perpetual obligation if the Service is discontinued (see §11).
Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your purchase.

06Refunds

The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. A customer making a first purchase may request a full refund in USDT within 14 days by contacting @DepthFluxBot. After that period, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Monthly access may be cancelled at any time and remains available through the paid period; yearly and lifetime purchases do not renew automatically.

07Acceptable use & license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for your own individual use. You agree not to:

share, resell, sublicense, forward, screenshot, copy, stream or otherwise redistribute VIP signals, content or your channel access to any other person;
use one subscription for more than one individual, or operate a group/copy service based on our signals;
share, resell or publish the one-person Telegram invitation delivered to your email;
scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our underlying methods or data;
misuse the bot or infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.

Sharing or redistributing paid content is a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund.

08Intellectual property

The Service, including the DepthFlux name, logo, signals, text, analysis, design and software, is owned by DepthFlux or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited access right in §07.

09Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Telegram (channels and bot), NOWPayments (payments), Resend (transactional access email), Meta (optional consent-based advertising measurement), and Cloudflare (CDN/DNS/security). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, actions or policies.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that signals will be timely, complete, or profitable.

11Changes, suspension & termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms (including §07), if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by leaving our channels and ceasing to message the bot.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DepthFlux and its operators will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DepthFlux and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

14Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of [jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and we will announce material changes via the site or our channels. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
