DepthFlux ("DepthFlux", "we", "us") provides smart-money market-intelligence signals through this website and our Telegram channels and bot. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. DepthFlux provides market information only and is not financial advice.

01Information we collect

Information you give us

• Checkout contact data - your name or alias and email address are required so we can link your order to you and deliver your VIP access. No KYC is required. A Telegram username is optional.
• Telegram account data - when you join our channels or message our bot @DepthFluxBot, we receive your Telegram username, user ID and public profile, plus the content of messages you send us for support or enquiries.
• Payment data - when you purchase access, our third-party crypto payment processor (NOWPayments) handles the transaction. We receive confirmation details such as the plan, invoice/payment reference and payment status. Your name or alias, email and Telegram username are stored by DepthFlux and are not placed in the NOWPayments order description. We never receive or store bank or card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Technical logs - our hosting and CDN (Cloudflare) process standard request data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, pages requested and timestamps, for security, abuse-prevention and reliability.
• Attribution - we retain standard campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term, together with the landing URL and referrer, to understand which campaign led to a checkout.
• Device storage - we store your language, light/dark theme and tracking-consent choice in local storage. We use session storage to keep campaign attribution through checkout.
• Optional Meta advertising data - only after you select Accept, Meta Pixel may set/read identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, and we may retain fbclid, fbp and fbc with your order. If you decline, the Pixel is not loaded and these identifiers are not sent with checkout.

What we do not collect - we do not ask for government ID, home address, or bank/card details. Payments are crypto-only via a third-party processor.

02How we use your information

• Provide the service: grant and manage access to VIP/free channels and deliver signals.
• Respond to your support messages and enquiries via the bot.
• Process and verify crypto payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional email containing your one-person VIP invitation and service notices.
• Measure campaign performance using internal UTM attribution and, only with consent, Meta browser and server conversion events.
• Keep the service secure and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

03Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (service and payments), for our legitimate interests (security and improving the service), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

04Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with service providers acting on our behalf:

• Telegram - our channels and bot run on Telegram; your use is also governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.
• Crypto payment processor (NOWPayments) - processes your checkout under its own privacy policy.
• Resend - sends the transactional email containing your VIP access link.
• Meta - receives browser funnel events and a Purchase conversion only when you opt in. Purchase matching data (email, name and an order identifier) is normalized and SHA-256 hashed before it is sent; consented fbp/fbc may also be included.
• Cloudflare - CDN, DNS and security; may process request data including IP.
• Hosting provider - operates the server that runs our dashboard and services.
• Google Fonts - serving web fonts may expose your IP address to Google.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the service.

05Cookies & local storage

Essential preference and checkout attribution storage works without advertising consent. Meta Pixel is optional and loads only after you select Accept in the consent banner. Selecting Decline does not affect checkout, payment, email delivery or VIP access.

06Our public track record

The verifiable results shown on our site and free channel are anonymized: they show the asset, direction, size and time of a signal only. They never include wallet addresses or any information that identifies a trader or a subscriber.

07Data retention

Unpaid checkout leads are deleted after 30 days. Paid customer, payment and delivery records are retained for the applicable membership period and as long as required for support, fraud prevention, tax and accounting obligations. Telegram bot contact profiles and support-message history are deleted after 12 months without activity. Channel data is also managed within Telegram.

08International transfers

We operate globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the EU, with appropriate safeguards where required by law.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You can always leave our channels and stop messaging the bot. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity using the email or Telegram account associated with your order.

10Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11Children

Our service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12Not financial advice

DepthFlux provides market information only and does not constitute financial, investment or trading advice. Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives carries a high risk of loss, up to your entire capital. You are solely responsible for your decisions - always do your own research.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and we will announce material changes via the site or our channels.
